When The Dead Fight Back
Recently, I had
just watch an anime called Deadman Wonderland. The story, I think, is not easy
to understand because it is complex story. The main chara, Ganta, is judged
guilty because he is the only survivor of the massacre of his classmates. A
high level conspiracy makes him as the real culprit eventhough he is the real
victim. The dark world is really really dangerous.
The real doer, he
is called Aka otoko by Ganta. Ganta doesn’t know the real face behind the mask. It really
surprised me. After that terrible incident, Ganta learns that he has a unique
ability. Blood bending maybe but in this anime, this ability is called Brances
of Sin. In this anime, the user has their own code name. Ganta is Woodpecker.
At first, I think Crow
is the Aka otoko but the real aka otoko is the Wretched Egg. The real evil
master mind is the Promotor. Promotor wants to make the Deadman Wonderland as
his private toy land. He arranges battles between the blood user to entertaint
the dark world. The second monster in the woodpecker’s battle is hummingbird. She
really good actress. She can disguise herself as a white snow eventhough she
was a beast.
Another danger
chara is Mockingbird because I see him as the cold blooded one. In that unique
prison, there is an undeground movement called Scar Chain. It is leaded by
Crow. They recruits another blood users to make an escape and proof to the
outside world about their existance. But unfortunately, the anime doesn’t give
the real ending because a lot of mysteries is still in deep pandora box. Just like
anime called accel world. I hope this anime get the second season.
