When Lie Becomes True

Actually, I am not really understand about this kind of sport, american football or in this anime, it is called amefuto. But when I watch and follow this anime, I am not feel any difficulties. Yes, this anime is very very cool in telling the story with difficult sport as its theme.

This is the story about a kid named Kobayakawa Sena. In the beginning, he just a normal, maybe weak kid. He always bullied by his friends from elementary school. When he gets to junior high school, its happen again. Because the few years of the bullying, Sena get fast leg for run. Accidentaly, he join the amefuto club as the assistant manager. I am not really remember the exact position but the clear thing is he is not the manager. But in another side, he is forced to join the club by the devil captain Hiruma as the running back.

Wow, I just can tell you the whole story because it is very interesting to find yourself about the story. I will just tell you about the impression for this anime/manga.

The main chara, Sena has forced to lie to be eyeshiled 21 without knowing anything. He just told to be the fastest runner in amefuto. At first, he feels like to be forced to play in the field. But after Sena experiences many times in the field with his friends, Sena realized that he is destined to be an american football player. Since he was child, he was protected by his old sister. Mamori neechan also didn’t know that Sena plays in the field. The coolest moment  in this anime, of course this is my opinion, when Sena reveal his identity to Mamori neechan.

This anime is very very interesting because you must be laugh when you watch this anime. I guarantee that thing. Its very very entertaining. The character has their own unique habits. The noticed one is the rival of Sena, Shin form Oujo club. He always broke high tech gadgets with his hands. It is said that he could not control his hand’s power. I remember when he brokes camera and GPS stuff. Another unique habits also from his friend. He sometimes puke “treasure” from his nose and make smelly gas from his “back door”.

The main devil in this anime is Hiruma, the devil captain from Devil Bats. He is the devil who forced another students to join Devil Bats. The main victim is huh huh brothers. They are not brother but they always went together and say “huh” at the same time. At first, they are forced by Hiruma to play because Hiruma has their ace secret. But in the end, they play without worry about the secret. Hiruma, even he looks like the real devil, actually he has good side. 

The sad moment is when the chameleon captain ask Hiruma why his friends could not fight just like Hiruma’s friend.” Arent we same?”. Chameleon captain ask that because both of them forced their member to join and play.

Another cool moment is when Devil Bats member decide to follow the crazy coach to do Death March to Las Vegas. The training is very very hard, especially for the shining head, the former of studyholic student. He spents his life just for study. Join Devil Bats is the first time for him to free himself from his strict mother. His role in team is important too because his debut play is when Devil Bats face the incredible (unbeatable) team, Shinryuji Dragon.

Devil Bats also has show-off member. His nick name is Baka or fool or stupid. His competition with Monta, the catcher at the Death March is very very funny. I want to tell you another fun or cool moment in this series but my time is up. Thanks for visiting this review.
